FAMILY SESSIONS

What does your family love to do? Do you have younger, older, in-the-middle aged children, or even fur babies? What makes your children light up and ask to do it again? Whether it’s an adventure in apple picking, playing in the water at the beach, chasing each other at a park, or reading books at home cuddled on the couch, let’s allow your family to relax, play, and forget about being perfectly posed for each photograph. I want to capture the love between your family and make sure that you’re in the photographs with your kiddos! 

MATERNITY SESSIONS

How exciting to be expecting a little one! Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, these months of waiting, guessing, and looking forward to your new addition should documented. This time of anticipation where they’re with you, but you haven’t actually met is so special and unique. Usually scheduled between 30-34 weeks, these sessions can be done at home, in the future nursery, or we can figure out another location together. 

NEWBORN SESSIONS

The first months, especially the first days, can seem like a blur with a newborn. But this is the time to capture just how small and snuggly they are. Between 7-12 days old is the perfect timing for an at-home session with your little one. I’ll photograph them individually, capturing all their tiny features, and of course with you. I try to make these lifestyle sessions as relaxed and casual as possible. I can do more posed portraits with blankets, baskets, and outfits if you have any ideas and allow for more time.

GROW-WITH-ME SESSIONS

Little ones change so much in their first year and it goes by so quickly. Committing to two or three 1-hour sessions for your baby’s first year before you’re in the midst of the big life change makes sure that you capture the important milestones at a maternity session, newborn session, 6-month session, or 1-year session. Just think of all the pictures of your baby growing you’ll have.

PLANNING & PREP
FOR SESSION

Preparation is the key to making your session go as easy as possible. We’ll want to work around your little one's schedule and when they’re usually the happiest during the day. We’ll email or chat about what exactly you have in mind to perfectly tailor your session to your family. Need some recommendations? I’m here to bounce ideas around and offer advice. I’ll even send you some tips for picking out outfits and preparing for your session. 

PHOTOGRAPHING
YOUR SESSION

My goal for your session is to authentically capture your family because each one is unique. I want you to be fully present and let me do all the work. Don’t worry if someone is being uncooperative. I’ve had a lot of experience with children and animals, plus my years as a photographer allow me to work fast and efficiently. 

IMAGES DELIVERED

Your professionally processed, high-resolution images will be delivered in an online, password-protected, downloadable gallery. You’ll be able to share your gallery and show off your pictures to friends and family! You can even order prints from my professional printing company right from your online gallery.

ALBUM DESIGN

At any time you can order an album using the delivered gallery of images. As a graphic designer I personally design each album myself since I was part of planning the portrait session. We’ll work together to create beautifully designed, lay-flat pages and choose the perfect cover options for your album.
