Hello April and spring! March was a great catch up month and I really feel like I got a lot accomplished. I was able to get out a good amount and go for walks and watch all the flowers and trees slowly blossom. Every time I see a little flower it puts a smile on my face : ) I hung out with my Spark girls which is always refreshing. I did a little water color painting and bought way too much fabric for some fun projects for the next couple of months. Plus we ended the month with Easter at Ben’s parents’ with cute nieces and nephews in their Sunday best!

It was so nice getting so much accomplished in March that I’m hoping I can continue it through April:

• Business Goals:
  • I have been steadily going through all of the weddings I helped shoot in 2016. I have two weddings left that I’ll finish in the next week or two. I can’t wait to have that off my to do list!
  • I’ve been slowly working on some website updates. Once I finish editing the weddings that I helped shoot then I’ll be able to update all the galleries on the site. I would really like to have the website completely updated by the end of April.
  • I have all the wedding albums designed and I only have one left to order. Woo hoo!
  • I shoot my cousin’s wedding next weekend (Yay for a trip home to Pittsburgh!) and then help with a wedding at the end of the month. I’m looking forward to getting back to shooting and I have some cherry blossom sessions scheduled : )
• Personal Goals:
  • I got the all clear from my surgeon to go back to my regular activities : ) So I’m back to normal-ish. I’m still pretty weak from not using my muscles, but Ben and I got a Groupon for rock climbing for a month so hopefully it’ll help build my upper body strength. Plus I’d like to keep walking/working out twice a week like I did in March.
  • It’s been really wonderful staying home during the weekends and I got a lot of my 2015 personal images edited. Life is going to be getting busier, but I’d really like to finish going through all of my 2015 personal images in April.
  • Fun Goals – I have some secret sewing projects and some Try it Tuesday projects that I’m excited to work on. I want to go to the New York Botanical Gardens to see the daffodils and cherry blossoms.
