Every year around September I get excited because I start thinking and planning for the gifts I want to give at Christmas both personally and from Cassady K Photography. I love thinking of our picture for our Christmas card, finding the perfect holiday card for the business and over the past couple of years I’ve enjoyed choosing the perfect gift to give away from Cassady K Photography. It’s always something that I love and I personally would love to have. And this year is no different, in fact this year I already bought one for myself! It’s the 7th year that I’ve bought this for myself because I just love it so much!

For 2020 I’m having an Erin Condren Holiday Instagram giveaway! I am giving away a 2021 Erin Condren Life Planner and album of stickers! First, a 7″x9″, 12 month planner with a sturdy laminate cover and a rose gold coil. All made in the USA! Plus a sticker album with stickers included inside.

The planner includes 2021 mini months at the beginning and 2022 mini months at the end of the planner. It’s nice to be able to see your current year and next year as a whole. I know it helps me from my months getting jam-packed.

Every month begins with a lined page and a monthly quote. (Since I have to stay on top of my health, I personally use the lined page to keep track of any health procedures, medication changes or important doctor visits during that month. Then at the end of the year I put all of that information into a spreadsheet.)

Each month also begins with a monthly calendar. This is where I go crazy with thin washi tape that’s color coded (For Example: Personal, Church, Birthdays & Anniversaries, Business, Business Due Dates, Instagram Posts, Blog Posts, etc.) and plan my entire month.

Next each month has a monthly notes and productivity page. Here I list out important dates in the month, personal goals for the month, business goals for the month and my blog posts for the month. It’s a little hard to see, but a snap-in ruler is also included. I move this with each weekly spread as you’ll see in the next picture. That way it acts as a book marker so I can easily open to the correct week.

This is the weekly spread that starts on a Monday. Either the Sunday before or Monday morning I plan out my week. I have matching color pens to match my color coded washi tape. With the color pens I write in everything that was on the monthly calendar for the week. I write my personal and business goals for the week in the lined column on the left and then fill in on the calendar when I’m going to work on each goal. Below each day in the colored lined areas I write any blog posts or instagram posts for the day so I can plan for them.

I love that each day is split up by the morning, afternoon, and evening. I’m not one to plan hour by hour and having just a list for the day is overwhelming to me. (Although you can order your planner to be set up hour by hour or just by each day.) I like to breakup what I need to do in a day by the part of the day.

In the back of the planner are extra goodies. There’s room for additional notes in the back (I have what I’m getting everyone for Christmas listed in the back. That way I can write in pencil throughout the year if I have an idea.). There’s also a contact page, but to be honest I don’t use this page since I have this all digitally.

In addition to the sticker album I’m giving away, the Life Planner automatically comes with 4 sticker sheets to help plan and make your planner colorful throughout the year.

One of my favorite things that comes in the folder pouch in the back is the Perpetual Calendar book. To be honest once you have one you don’t necessarily need a new one each year.

The Perpetual Calendar lists each month out with each date as a line. On each line you can write birthdays, anniversaries and anything else you may want to remember annually. (Hint: I write the person’s name for their birthday or names for their anniversaries in pen. Then I write the number it is for the birthday or anniversary in pencil. That way every year I go through and just erase the number and add one for the new year. So I would write “Ashley’s Birthday -” in pen and then “1” in pencil for this year and then next year erase the “1” and write “2” in pencil.) Every couple of years I’ll write out a new Perpetual Calendar just because I’ve been erasing the pencil marks for a couple of years.
