So this session just kind of happened while I was in Florida last week. These last minute, unplanned, styled sessions don’t always turn out the best… but I was pleasantly surprised with this one!

You may remember Katie + Jay from their engagement session that was on the blog last week. Well after we took a couple of pictures with the family that was at the house we headed over to New Rochelle for Katie’s shower at her sister’s house.

Well I said when I started Cassady K Photography that I’d never do one of these. But then my best friend got pregnant and asked for a maternity session and what was I supposed to say?

I have a “little” cuteness for you today – meet James! When I showed up for his session  he was fast asleep. He woke up right when his mom, Elisa, predicted and was ready to go with those big beautiful eyes!    

I knew when I left the Seelye family that I had got some great shots but as I was going through all the images for this post I had such a hard time narrowing down my favorites! So even though I don’t particularly enjoy this fall weather (it’s just the prelude to winter), I hope […]
