I arrived early to scout the gardens and was so excited that I had to text Katie and tell just how pretty this Stonecrop Gardens engagement session was going to be! Then Katie showed up with her fun metallically pink skirt and I knew it was going to be a perfect engagement session.
Even though it’s getting towards the end of the flower season, we started their engagement session in the flower garden. There was still so many pretty flowers all around, it must be so beautiful in the spring when everything is blooming.
Such a fun skirt! I might need to get one for myself!
Oh Julio did good! Look at that pretty!
There’s so many little nooks built into the garden. They’re all so cute!
I was so excited to find this greenhouse! I’ve been wanting to shoot in a greenhouse and this one didn’t disappoint!
So pretty, I loved this light 🙂
I can now check off shooting in a greenhouse and it was just as pretty as I hoped it would be.
Look at these crazy curly leaves on a tree! They were so fun that I had to put the ring on a branch.
After a quick outfit change, the Wisteria Pavilion was such a cute, almost hidden, detail in the garden to continue their session.
So I might have took the most ring shots in an engagement session at this one. But Katie kept telling me how much she liked ring shots and I kept finding great places to put it. Plus it’s such a pretty ring!
Doesn’t the pavilion look almost magical? I really loved this setting!
I love how Stonecrop Gardens has so many different locations all in one!
Katie + Julio, the two of you are just the cutest together!
One of my favorites!
Look at the two of them working it!
This just seems like the perfect image to end on! Like it’s the end of a story 🙂 But it’s not the end because I get to shoot their wedding in March! I can’t wait!
