This was my second time shooting the Ronald McDonald’s House of the Greater Hudson Valley’s walk a thon. We had a really beautiful day to raise money for such a great cause. The Ronald McDonald House provides a place for families to stay while their critically ill children are in the hospital.

I took a couple of shots of the house before the walk a thon began.

The staff does a wonderful job organizing events and volunteers to keep the house running and provide a home away from home for the families.

Lots of volunteers came out to help as well.

Mike Bennet from 100.7 WHUD emceed and DJ Johnny G kept the music going.

Wacky Inflatables provided a bouncy house and a basketball inflatable for the kids. The bouncy house was definitely a hit!

The Fisher family shared their experience with the McDonald House and Clare, who did a wonderful job organizing the event, spoke.

Everyone warmed up with some Zumba.

And Ronald McDonald led everyone around the hospital and house for the walk a thon.

After the walk there were activities for the kids.
