Whenever I go to weddings or showers and they ask for advice for the couple, I tend to write the same thing. My advice is always that it’s ok to still have girls’ weekends or guys’ nights because it makes it so much better when you come back together and you miss each other. Now I’m not saying to do this all the time, but it really does me some good to hang out with my girls and reconnect. I end up going back to Ben a happier and more relaxed Cassady.

My Penn State girls are spread out all over the place so it makes it hard to get everyone together, but whenever a few of us can get together it feels like nothing has changed 🙂 Some of us got together a couple weekends ago to hang out in Ocean City, NJ and catch up!

It was the middle of September, but we got a really beautiful day with lots of sun.

At night we went out to dinner in Atlantic City. No we didn’t gamble, but instead enjoyed sitting on the water front.

So if you haven’t had a girls’ night in awhile, I just suggest grabbing some of your girl friends and planning a night together, it’s so worth it!
