I’m not gluten-free, but I do try to watch how much gluten I eat. I found this really delicious recipe for gluten-free cookies that are so easy to make. Plus it’s so nice to make them for gluten-free friends at gatherings.

I love when I get to see my couples after their weddings, but especially when it’s because their family has grown! Over two years ago I shot Melissa + John‘s wedding portraits on the Bronx River Pathway. We returned to shoot their daughter’s, Isabella’s, Bronx River first birthday portraits at the same exact spot.

You know how you see styled shoots on blogs or magazines and they look amazing, but you think who really has events like that? Well our friend Christine had one of those events by celebrating her 30th with a Fishkill Farms birthday. And our friend Kate from Kate & Co Events styled it!
