Debbie + Hanson had a beautiful West Point Wedding last weekend full of sun with the rain holding off at all the right moments. They’ve spent most of their relationship in separate states, but pledged their lives together in the grand Cadet Chapel.
Debbie was my kind of bride with so many little details that helped to make the day so special.
Bridesmaid train of getting ready!
Loved all the matching Flora Nikrooz robes that Debbie got her girls.
I’m in love with all of the details on Debbie’s dress and her little cap sleeves!
Debbie had her mom and sister help her get into her dress. It was a sweet moment.
Debbie had key favors for all of her guests and her Chloé perfume was in the shape of a lock 🙂 So cute!
Debbie did a wonderful job of keeping it together while she read a note from Hanson.
Such beautiful ladies!
Alaina, the flower girl, was adorable!
Because of Irma these flowers had to be flown in from Holland. The bouquets were stunning!
Oh Debbie, you’re so beautiful!
I’m a tad obsessed with Debbie’s Mrs. Box.
My second shooter, Rosemary, was with Hanson as he got ready.
Debbie + Hanson were married in the beautiful Cadet Chapel on West Point’s campus.
Aren’t they the cutest?
The beautiful Cadet Chapel made for such a grand entrance for Debbie.
Hanson was excited to see his bride. I love watching the groom’s reaction as his bride walks down the aisle.
Debbie’s father said some of the sweetest words as he joined Debbie and Hanson’s hands.
If you thought the outside of the chapel was beautiful, the inside is even more stunning.
Yayy!!! Married!!
Love the shot Rosemary captured as they exited church.
I was so excited for the saber arch! Captain and Mrs. Causbie!
After a little help, the wind picked up Debbie’s cathedral length veil so beautifully. Love this shot so much!
I was so thankful we had enough time to take some portraits outside of the church.
The rain continued to wait so we could make it to Trophy Point for pictures.
Too cute!
The view of the Hudson River from Trophy Point is so beautiful.
I loved playing with the cathedral length veil because Debbie was just so stunning.
Good looking guys!
We had about 15 minutes to do Debbie + Hanson’s portraits, but they came out so good because they were pros from their engagement session.
I love getting a shot of their hands together for their grandchildren to look at one day.
Love these veil shots.
Oh you know, just practicing their twirl.
So everywhere you go in West Point there seems to be beautiful views of the Hudson. This was the view from their reception at the West Point Club.
The West Point Club has huge windows that lets so much light into room, it was so pretty.
Debbie’s sister/maid of honor did all of the table numbers, place cards and signs.
They had macaroons and I just couldn’t help myself 🙂
I thought this map canvas that they used as their guest book was such a neat idea!
I loved how Debbie’s dress moved as they danced and Hanson twirled her.
A perfect twirl because they practiced it during portraits 😉
Debbie’s father had fun dancing with Debbie.
Both the maid of honor and best man had such sweet toasts.
Time to dance!
It rained on and off as we were in the reception, but it cleared up just in time for the bubble exit.
Bubble exits are so fun! And the guests did a good job of blowing lots of bubbles!
Congratulations Debbie + Hanson! I am so happy for the two of you and for your life to start in Colorado! And a big thank you to my second shooter, Rosemary, for all of her help and beautiful images!
