January’s Goals

January 2, 2018

December was so much fun! We spent the first half of it in New York having friends over and going to Christmas parties. The second half of December we spent doing what I like to call the tour of Pennsylvania. We spent a week at Ben’s parents’ house and then a week at my family’s house. We spent a lot of time visiting with family and friends that we don’t get to see often enough. Then we rang in the New Year by bringing back the old tradition of celebrating it with my best friend, Chelsy, and both our families.

While I enjoyed all of Christmas, I’m excited to not be as busy and to settle in (cause it’s freezing outside) for a little bit and get things that I put on the back burner done. Here’s January’s goals:

Business Goals:

  • I had great intentions of doing work while we were visiting our families, but a lot of it didn’t get done. I need to finish culling two of the weddings that I second shot last year.
  • I also didn’t get to updating my social media profiles so that’s on the list.
  • I bought Katelyn James’ Consistency Course almost two years ago so I’m hoping to finish it in January. Ben won’t let me buy any more courses until I finish the ones I purchased. haha
  • Ben has been helping me with some backend SEO and Google stuff so I’m hoping to learn some of that from him and continue it.

Personal Goals:

  • Our apartment looks like a tornado hit it after we unpacked the car from our two week trip. I’ve only been home for one day and it’s driving my crazy. I want to put everything away and then eventually get the Christmas decorations down and do a big cleaning of the apartment.
  • I’d like get to some of my personal images edited from this year. I feel bad that I owe people images and I’m hoping to get through some of them.
  • I started going to the gym twice a week in December and I’m hoping to continue that.
  • We don’t have too much else going on this month except for Ben’s company holiday party… so the holidays aren’t completely over. lol

Here’s to January and getting some rest and things done!
