November’s Goals

November 5, 2014

I think I’ve said this every time I’ve posted a monthly goal… but how is it November already?!? I swear I was just wearing shorts and flip flops and now I’m starting to need a coat that’s heavier than my fleece jacket. Oy!

October was surprisingly full, but we’ve been able to travel less and actually spend a couple weekends in a row in New York. We even had both sets of our parents visit… we love visitors 🙂 Plus it allows us to go into the city and be tourists… aka I get to take pictures!

So I suspect November will fly by just as fast as October, if not faster. But here are my goals to get me through the month:

  • Website Updates: Oh I’m working on something good… you just wait.
  • Blogging: It’s going, I’m hoping to make some new upgrades this month 🙂
  • Image Organization: I’m doing good on this! I’ve kept up with all of October’s images and even sorted all the cell phone pictures. I have even been working on my personal photo albums from 2012 and 2013. I want to continue with all of this so I’m challenging myself to not only keep up with my current images I take, but to edit the rest of 2012’s images for the album… yeah I’m behind.
  • Yoga/Walking: Oh I haven’t done any of this. It’s pretty much too cold for me to walk outside now (I really hate the cold) so I’d like to start doing yoga twice a week.
  • Fun Goals: We went apple picking and I went to Paint Nite with the girls. Ben and I attempted to go to the Central Perk Coffee Shop replica on the last night, but they had changed it from waiting in a line to get in to having to get tickets they passed out at the beginning of the day… which we missed. So I saw it from a distance while the bouncers (yes they had bouncers) told me to keep moving. We also carved pumpkins with our friends. I carved Cinderella but then when I lit a candle in it that night all the little features basically melted from the heat… so lame. For November, I want to take our Christmas picture (ideas anyone?), go wedding dress shopping with my sister (Maddy is getting married!), and make caramel apples!
