Jennifer + Patrick had the perfect day for their Drowned Lands Brewery wedding! It was a beautiful fall day with gorgeous weather, the perfect amount of leaves, and the most magical glowy light during their portraits right before sunset.
Their wedding accents of fall colors really went well with the Drowned Lands Brewery, the property it sits on, and the time of year.
Jennifer’s dress was stunning with a slight gray tint and the white florals all over it. She amazed me by wearing her Bella Belle wedding shoes all day long.
Jennifer + Patrick love to be outdoors and going hiking and running. Patrick’s ring was really neat and very fitting with the tree forest line on it.
I loved the Drowned Lands Brewery building on the outside and inside. It is a unique building that was remodeled with a rustic-modern vibe.
Jennifer’s father had one of the best reactions I’ve seen to a father-daughter first look.
I felt like Jennifer’s flowers on her dress were like an extension of the tattooed flowers on her shoulder and back. They went together seamlessly.
Check out those fall leaves!
Jennifer + Patrick decided not to see each other before their ceremony. It meant a little extra planning and time. However, we were able to keep them separate and get all of their pictures with their sides of the bridal party and family before the ceremony.
They brought their dogs, Rocco and Bowie, to be the ring bearers. We even managed to have them each get pictures with their dogs before the ceremony.
I love the picture of Patrick and his mom practicing their dance with the crowd in the background. The brewery was still open during the wedding. It was a beautiful day so there were a lot of people (and dogs) sitting outside enjoying their drinks and food and watching what was going on with the wedding.
Jennifer’s brothers walked the ring bearers down the aisle and the pups were more than ready to head towards all the people cheering them on.
Patrick really did not want to see his bride until she was walking down the aisle so he kept his head down or looked the other way until Jennifer started walking.
Jennifer + Patrick did a rock stacking ceremony that was unique and beautiful. They used rocks from different locations that had meaning to them and used them to mark their wedding day.
Patrick’s sisters performed the ceremony and read a passage during the ceremony.
Rocco and Bowie were very good pups during the ceremony and actually had the rings in little pouches around their necks.
Married!!!
After the Drowned Lands Brewery wedding ceremony we photographed the rest of the family pictures where both Jennifer + Patrick were together.
We also took all the bridal party pictures together with everyone together. Even Rocco and Bowie cooperated!
Oh that fall golden-hour sun started hitting and it was stunning!
A cathedral length veil + That golden hour sun = A very happy photographer who took way too many pictures!
Pictures under a veil are always some of my favorite. They’re so romantic!
New family picture!
Time to celebrate!
Thank you Jennifer + Patrick for trusting me to capture your wedding day! It was such an honor and I loved spending the day with you. Congratulations!
As always, I could not do this without my team! They keep me going all day, took care of the details and all kinds of other stuff behind the scenes, all while getting awesome photographs. Thank you!
Congratulations Jennifer, Patrick, Rocco & Bowie!
