I’m continuing sharing some of the weddings that I helped other photographers with this past summer. I helped Amy and second shoot for her in Spring Lake, NJ right on the beach. Plus this was the first time I got to shoot a Bride + Groom on the beach!
They had quite the stationary suite!
The day started off with beautiful blue skies.
Both the Bride and Groom got ready in houses close to the beach.
The Bride had some really beautiful details.
While Amy stayed with the Bride and Bridesmaids, I went to hang out with the Groom and Groomsmen.
Those darn bowties : )
The Groom had his tux custom made.
How many Groomsmen does it take to tie the Groom’s bowtie?
The Groom looking very dapper.
Time to head to the church and get married!
Love the shot of the Bride’s sisters helping her!
It was such a beautiful church and it was packed with their family and friends.
They’re married!
Right around the church was some beautiful spots for portraits.
How cute are the Flower Girl and Ring Bearer?
I’m really in love with the different blush Bridesmaids’ dresses.
One of my favorite shots!
So beautiful!
“So this is love, mmm…”
Loved her bouquet!
Then we headed for the beach. It started to rain on the way so we hid under a bridge and waited for it to pass.
It was really windy, but the incoming rain made some really beautifully blue skies for their portraits.
Love this – so romantic!
The Spring Lake Bath and Tennis Club made for a wonderful reception setting.
The pool deck was turned into a beautiful lounge for cocktail hour and dance floor later on in the night.
There were so many cute little areas for guests to relax and enjoy.
So many pretty details!
The upper deck had this wonderful view.
Since it was right by the beach there was of course lots of seafood.
The ballroom was decorated just as beautifully.
Such a simple cake, but so pretty.
Time to party!
Such a fun group that loved to dance!
They had funfetti cake! I wish I would have known that was an option when we had our wedding cake : )
The band paraded everyone back out to the pool deck to dance the night away!
Thank you to Amy for giving me the chance to help her out! I really enjoyed shooting with her. She has such a positive energy during the wedding day that makes it a real joy to work with her. Definitely check out Amy Rizzuto Photography!
