I’ve been waiting for this office for years! Probably since my senior year in college when I began dreaming about being a wedding photographer and working from home. When Ben and I got married I ended up using his desk that he already had in the apartment. I used it for 4 years and would dream about one day owning a white Pottery Barn desk.So one of the stipulations when we moved into our new apartment was a space for a CKP office.
You know I love me a gallery wall! The empty white frame and the bottom right frame are actually both from our wedding! I found them at thrift stores and painted them white.
If you haven’t been to a Hobby Lobby then you need to go! The gold/marble table, geometric terrarium and the pink and white striped canvas are all from there. (I just need to get a little air plant for my terrarium.)
Isn’t it just so pretty : ) When I work in here I’m just so happy.
Pottery Barn’s Logan desk collection has so much storage. I love my little cabinet next to my desk.
Speaking of storage, I made several trips to The Container Store for these Linus clear storage bins. I love how everything fits so perfectly. I can even hide my printer in the bottom cabinet!
These stackable Linus bins are in a pull out drawer. I gained extra space just by using these bins that stack right on top of each other.
The big tree canvas and my gold lamp are also from Hobby Lobby. I just think it’s a warm and welcoming home office.
Since I have neck problems, Ben is all about the ergonomics of my office. He found me the ergonomic chair and the large computer screen. The newest addition is this Human Solution keyboard tray. It really has made such a big difference in how I sit. Plus my gold mouse pad fit perfectly on the mouse tray!
I’ve been eyeing this Kate Spade stapler and tape dispenser for awhile. I just couldn’t help myself and had to get them! They’re so cute and have “keep it together” and “make it stick” engraved on them.
I have this weird thing where I don’t want my desktop to be too cluttered, but I also want everything that I use to be readily available. This Pottery Barn desktop caddy has been the perfect solution. Plus I love that I can include some of Asher Gardner‘s images from our anniversary session : )
We were so fortunate that our landlord had already painted my little office a light gray! It’s the perfect wall color.
So that’s it! My cute little home office that I’m in love with!
