The Ronald McDonald House of the Greater Hudson Valley celebrated it’s 5 year anniversary with a Roaring 20’s Gala at the Surf Club on the Sound in New Rochelle. It was a wonderful evening for celebrating and raising funds for a charity that serves so many families while their children are treated for life threatening illnesses and injuries at nearby hospitals.
All of the staff and volunteers did an amazing job coordinating the gala.
There were as an assortment of activities for guests to enjoy and to help benefit the Ronald McDonald House.
There was a silent auction and also, later in the evening, a live auction.
It was really fun to see everyone dressed in their Roaring Twenties attire.
Ronald McDonald was even there!
How cute are these two?!? They won best dressed.
Everyone was having such a wonderful time that only Ronald was able to quiet everyone down.
Stories were told about how the Ronald McDonald House had helped families and children were remembered.
The live auction had some really amazing prizes that raised a lot of support for the house.
The gala also honored Linda Dunham who has done so much for the Ronald McDonald House.
Linda had her own little entourage that was there to celebrate with her.
The gala ended a little later than expected, but there was still some dancing to end the night.
