April kept me busy : ) Ben and I rock climbed about twice a week thanks to a Groupon which unfortunately is done now. But my poor body probably needs a break – my knees are bruised and my hands have blisters. Ben and I traveled to Erie to shoot Tabitha + Tim’s wedding in the snow. We also visited his family for our niece’s birthday and sister-in-law’s baby shower. At the beginning of April my best friend, Jess, had her first baby, little Lucy Rey!

Oh I hope this dreary May weather ends soon! It’s supposed to be sunny and in the 70’s not rainy and gray! Although when it’s yucky outside it makes me want to stay inside and I get work done.

• Business Goals:
  • Since I’ve been editing my recent work I had to put the weddings that I helped shoot in 2015 on the back burner. I think I’ll be able to finish all those 2015 weddings this month. I can’t wait to have it finished!
  • I really failed on website updates in April. Ben gave me a deadline and so the website changes should be done in May!
  • I don’t have any of my own weddings this month, but I’m helping other photographers with theirs’ and I’m looking forward to them!
• Personal Goals:
  • Since rock climbing is finished I want to find another activity that Ben and I can do together. I really enjoyed us working together and even getting a little exercise. Any suggestions?
  • I got a good amount of my 2015 personal images edited, but I didn’t finish them. I did tackle some pretty big events from 2015 like my sister’s wedding.  I’m hoping to edit some more of my 2015 personal images, but more importantly keep up with my 2016 images.
  • Fun Goals – I’m so excited that I get to meet Lucy Rey this weekend – I can’t wait to take lots of pictures and cuddle her! It’s Ben and my 4 year wedding anniversary at the end of the month and we might take a little trip to celebrate!
