December’s Goals

December 9, 2014

Well it’s official, we’re in December which means the thick of Christmas. My mind is cluttered with all the gifts that need to be bought, cookies I want to bake, parties to attend, Christmas songs on the radio and many other holiday plans/traditions. I thought I was doing good with my shopping, but all of a sudden it hit me that I still have a lot of gifts that I need to order and allow time for shipping… so I might be in a slight panic mode until those gifts are ordered. In the mean time, I thought I’d follow up with November’s goals and determine December’s goals.

  • Website Updates: Still working, but I can’t wait to release it in the new year!
  • Blogging: It’s going, I haven’t necessarily been on schedule because the migraines have returned (more on that another time). But I’m ready for December’s posts.
  • Image Organization: Thanksgiving came and left me with a whole bunch of personal images to edit… I have to get on top of them or they’ll get lost with the many pictures I’ll take at Christmas.
  • Yoga/Walking: This is an area I really stink at…. I’d so much rather sit and drink a cup of coffee with eggnog. But I’m really going to try and do yoga just one time a week, I really think if I stuck with it, it could help my migraines.
  • Christmas To Do’s: The shopping has to end at some point, right? I also have got to get the online ordering done ASAP and get our Christmas cards out!
  • Fun Goals: In November we took our Christmas picture for our card, I went wedding dress shopping with Maddy… she got a dress and we got our bridesmaids’ dresses. I didn’t make caramel apples but we had caramel that I dipped my apples into, so I think that counts. For December I want to of course make and ice some cookies, go ice skating in Central Park, see the Rockefeller Christmas Tree, make a fire when I’m home in Pittsburgh and cuddle with Sophie.
