I was pretty tired last Sunday from shooting a wedding the day before, but we already had our tickets to go sailing with our friends George & Tricia. The sailing trip with SoundWaters ended up being the relaxing evening I needed!

The Schooner SoundWaters took us around the Long Island Sound for two hours. Plus you can bring snacks and drinks aboard!

I love all the little details of the sailboat, there are so many little details that allow the ship to sail.

We really had the perfect evening for sailing.

While we were docking a swan came into the harbor.

We found out from one of the locals that the swan had actually been abandoned by her mother when she was a baby. The people in the harbor rescued her and named her Ellouise. She’ll be you’ll friend if you feed her crackers.

I actually don’t like birds so I don’t like to be near them, but I’m brave with my 80-200mm lens.
