Lesley is Ben’s cousin and is actually the family that lives closest to us. We went and visited them this past weekend to shoot their Dumbo, Brooklyn family session. I’ve never been to Dumbo, but it may now be my new favorite spot in New York City.

The last time I shot the Seelye family was before Rowan was even one and now he’s four and a half. He made sure to include that “half” 🙂 Plus Miss. Marlowe is the newest addition to the family.

These two loved running around, but then they had sweet moments like this.

The Brooklyn Bridge Park has great views of the city and the Brooklyn Bridge.

I’m so thankful that Ben came with me. He would round the kiddos up so I could get a couple pictures and then I’d let them run and he’d go and round them up again.

Rowan started “posing” with his dad so he could get a picture with him and then see it on the back of my camera.

While Ben played with the kids, I got a couple pictures of Lesley and Jeff. Parents are always so busy that they never get pictures of just themselves.

Rowan loved finding the biggest rock to sit on. He also wanted to go in the water, but I suggested we stay dry. lol
