Allie + Tom are newer to the area like us. So when Allie contacted me about a maternity session and they needed ideas for a location, I went to my locations list I’ve been hoping to photograph at. I was excited when then they chose Lenape Park for their maternity session because I love the white bridge along with all the greenery.

They had their baby shower the same day as the session so it was a full day of celebrating the baby girl on her way!

They brought their pup, Finn, who I think will be a great big brother. Ben was actually there with are dog, Saylor, so we used Saylor to get Finn’s attention in the pictures. 🙂

I love the white bridge at Lenape Park for this maternity session because of how all the lines from the bridge lead you to look right to Allie, Tom & their baby girl.

We started their Lenape Park maternity session about an hour before sunset, so we got some of the best lighting from golden hour. It’s my favorite time to photograph, especially in the summer. It’s like the light is almost magical and gives a warm glow.

Allie + Tom were so cute and natural in front of the camera. They’ve already booked their newborn session so I can’t wait to meet their baby girl in August! I can tell these two are going to be such wonderful, calm, attentive parents.
