This past weekend Ben and I made it back to our alma mater, Penn State, for homecoming. We may have lost to Northwestern, but it was still a wonderful day with some beautiful weather!

They’ve been through a lot since they first started dating during their senior year of high school. When you endure so much at the beginning of a relationship it can either tear two people apart or make their bond even stronger. For Alaine + Benjamin it made their relationship even stronger.

Today’s Try it Tuesday is one that I’ve used a bunch of times for parties and even decorations around our apartment. It’s a great way to cheaply update an old/ugly frame.

Alright it’s time for another installment of Friday’s Finds! I didn’t plan on it, but somehow most of my finds turned out pink 🙂 Imagine that!

Life can get crazy. Sometimes it can feel like everyone is pulling you from different directions. So one last trip to the beach with your girls for a weekend is just the kind of break I needed. Here’s to the end of summer!
